Sanctum/Aurillium Knights
The Age of Aurillium — Sanctum

Aurillium Knights

Thirteen Orders. One sacred oath.

Beyond the Great Ring lies the Forgotten. Within it survives a civilization whose greatest achievements — and most dangerous mistakes — are guarded by warriors who believe their service will one day be judged by the Prophets themselves.

An Inheritance of Warriors

6,500 Warriors. One Sacred Oath.

Sanctum comprises thirteen Orders of five hundred Knights — a strength of 6,500 warriors. Each Order possesses its own specialty, traditions, martial identity, and appearance.

Together, they form a force capable of intelligence gathering, lawful capture, reconnaissance, infantry assault, artillery support, maritime warfare, combat medicine, engineering, and sustained defense.

Their unity rests on a conviction taught long before a Knight earns the right to wear full armor: power creates an obligation to serve. The Knights believe they are the Prophets' hands upon the earth.

Sanctum's sacred heritage reaches back to Jayden, Cameron, and the eleven Disciples remembered alongside them. Their legacy gives the number thirteen its place throughout Knight culture.

"A Knight may look like a figure from a cathedral wall. The warrior inside that armor has spent years learning exactly where to stand when the shooting starts."

12 Knights + 1 Commander = 13 total

How Knights Train

Never Let a Buddy Go Alone Into the Dark.

Training begins at thirteen. From that age, Knights learn to operate individually, in buddy pairs, in teams of four, and in larger formations called Riots.

Every Knight must be formidable alone. Each must also learn the habits that allow another warrior to depend on them completely: watching an exposed flank, recognizing an injury before it becomes incapacitating, understanding a partner's movements.

A full Riot consists of twelve Knights and one commander — thirteen in total. Command is assigned according to the mission. A Riot commander may come from any Order.
